Dear Jennifer,

I just wanted to tell you that yesterday's experience was a moment in my sister's life that she will never forget. She can't remember feeling so accepted by a group of strangers, though she has a 'disability'. Rather, you and the staff were open, friendly, professional and sincerely courteous and viewed her 'abilities' rather than what she may not be able to do.
We will be telling everyone about the entire, positive experience and expect more will be visiting soon. As well, we will be informing the press of her eye-opening adventure.
