Sign-Up:
At time of your arrival, please see manifest to fill out a waiver.
Please also have your equipment ready for inspection by
a staff member.
Required
Documents:
1. Logbook
2. Current C.S.P.A membership
3. License or Certificate of Proficiency
4. Reserve Card and Reserve container sealed.
(Reserve must have been packed within the past 180 days.)
Preparation:
It is your responsibility to ensure that an orientation briefing
has
been provided for you. This includes:
1. Aircraft loading, exit and safety procedures
2. View of the aerial photograph.
3. Strength of winds.
4. Location of spot.
5. Landing area.
6. Policies & Procedures
If you have any questions or comments please

for safety and as a courtesy to the skydivers, we ask you
to leave your dogs and other pets at home. Please ensure that
your children remain under supervision at all times while
